DMCA Policy

How To Say Happy Ramadan is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

This policy provides a mechanism for copyright holders to report infringement and for users to respond to infringement claims.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on How To Say Happy Ramadan infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the content.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must be in writing and contain the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which How To Say Happy Ramadan may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not inform us that they have filed a court action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the material within ten (10) business days, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
